By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from ArkBoosted LLC.

• Message Frequency: Varies depending on service engagement.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard carrier rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages except for essential communications.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific results from advertising or marketing services. Performance may vary.
• ArkBoosted LLC is not responsible for third-party service interruptions (e.g., Twilio outages, Meta Ads policies, carrier filtering).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArkBoosted LLC is not liable for damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to make required payments, or misuse our communication platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
